howdy yall...... my name is Jake and im from the great state of montucky (Montana). I have been smoking differant meats for about a year now tried my hand at brisket and a lot of pork butt. love pulled pork. i mix all my own seasoning and make different types bbq sauce from scratch. the only smokers i have now are an electric smoker from cabelas and a cheapy gril/smoker from wally world. I am in the process of building a big 500 gal smoker. I am having issues finding good smoking wood in this part of the country with out paying a lot for it.
