New member here from NYC. I am relatively new to the world of smoking. And so far am enjoying it. I have a traditional Weber propane grill, a MasterBuilt 30" propane smoker, and Weber kettle grill.
I have used the Weber propane grill for your everyday grilling for about two years during the summer only and just got the smoker this summer. I've smoked a few racks of ribs, and tried a few other cuts of meats. I would like to try a few more things before it gets too cold but time has been limited so I fit things in when I can.
Other than that, I am just learning and looking forward to information and new ides from you seasoned cooks.
