O-K everything is done. Took it up at 4:45 PM  In the oven waiting for my wife to finish up for the day (works from home)

Here is one picture of everything piled up minus 1/2 rack of Baby Backs which my grandson scarfed up.  I separate the meat and take another picture

Here is how everything turned out.,  I would like to thank everyone who took a look. I have been smoking for over 40 years and try each time to do better than the last. I enjoy smoking about as much as eating it. Since joining this site I have made lots of friends learned and shared. I enjoy helping all members new  to smoking, I am always glad to share what I know or try to help. One of the biggest influences on me trying to do better post and info.is Bearcarver, his step by step is great. I am certainly not trying to compare my post to his. Just trying to get close.

Thanks again    Have to go clean my smoker now ...........

Strange thing what a new paint job does to a smoke !!!

LMAO, think it makes the one who smokes a little more proud and that must somehow add an extra little something to the smoke. :)

Beautiful meal Gary and great pics, nicely done!

Thanks knifebld

I'm late to the thread but glad I found it.  You make some pretty BBQ.  I'm still new to this but these Qviews are always so inspiring.  This one was very well documented too.

Thanks for sharing and I will agree with your commment about " Bearcarver".  I was lucky enough to have him make a comment of 2 in my early threads which really helped.  Plus his Step by Steps are so valuable.

Great job.

BTW, did you create a thread on your painting project?  I would love to see that if it's out there.

Ciao,

Rob
