Looked good. Know it tasted great , no foil is the way No soft mussy Ribs for me , and no extra burning on a Gasser to firm or glaze them.
Here is a really nice way to bring out the sweat and sweeten your Ribs .
I use Turbinato Sugar ( 1 individual pg. - 1 tsp. ) spread on the top of mine about 30min. before removing them , makes a really nice flavor if you like a sweet Rib. (no , I don't cook for dieters , I just try to control myself and have a regular serving , ( well , for some it may be a whole rack ) ,but I've been good and spread a Rack and the tips over 3-4 days to savor the experience... .
Since my Neural Stimulator implant ,I've lost 40lb. , . I don't eat when Trish gets off work . OK, though , she doesn't like meat on the bone , but I gotta watch the Brisky .
