I tried the Pecan Smoked Chicken Wings that Jeff posted in his 8/14 Newsletter, and they turned out perfectly!  I'm fairly new to the smoking world...I've got Pork Loins perfected, and now I have these wings to add to my list!  The addition of the Beer and Honey to the base BBQ sauce really adds a special taste to the recipe.  These will be a real hit at our next cookout.  I made them this time just for me and the wife.  Pictures are attached:

those look great. Did you smoke them at the same time and temp as in the newsletter?
 
Yes...followed the recipe to the letter.  Total cook time was 2 hours.

That looks good, but I would like the skin crispy. Does anybody ever smoke then finish in the oven? If so, what times and temps?
