Hello everyone,

I just joined the forum, I'm a mariner working in the oilfield out here and love to fire up my smoker
whenever I get back home. I am pretty new to smokin' , started out with an ECB that I modified, now I'm
using a mini WSM I built and I love it ! It's great for me & the missus, but I want something bigger to
cook for my friends. I got my eye on a Pit Barrel Cooker now. I'm in southern Louisiana.
I use Jeff's rub recipe a lot and I really enjoy his Texas style rub. Nice to meet Y'all !

Welcome to the Bunch, Eltoro . We hope you enjoy it here and come back often ; better yet ,become a member of the family.

You want a bigger smoker
These are a bit cheaper than Klose and do just as good a job.
