Hello Keith.  Hope you and your's are doing well.  Long time no speak!  I have held my tongue for quite a while here but am glad others are getting great results at higher temps.  I have always used higher temps.for most things.  Having said that it does take some experience and I think we should still advise new folks about 2-2-1 and 3-2-1 BUT once you find your feet low and slow is not the only way.  It does have it's place!!!  I could tell you stories. privately.  Keep Smokin my friend.  Great post.

Hey what's happening Danny!     So how'd the kettle brisket turn out???     I never caught the post of y'alls group outing. 

This new system is about idiot proof Danny, you'll love it when i break it out.  Definitely easier than the conventional means. 
 
It's pretty obvious Keith is marketing this to all the wives out there that have complained about their husbands drinking while smoking or smoking while drinking problems.


I can see it now " look honey I bought you this great new smoker, brisket in an hour, ribs in minutes..."


Better watch out once the beer mafia gets wind of this it's gonna be all over!!

LOL, I haven't solved that problem yet.  Drink faster higher alcohol content beers?    Just throwing out ideas.

Looks good Keith. After you get it perfected your going to need testers. I'm your man. Send me everything I will need except beer and I will test away. Then wright up a review.

Ok if you want to send beer that will be fine. Or maybe something stronger to get threw the fast smoke. You know how I roll.

        My suggestion would be to put a cold smoke generator in the smoker just pretending to have the ribs on, then just actually put them on when you need to!      Beer drinking time is a very serious issue and I promise i'll do everything i can to address it.

Thanks David, I really appreciate you stepping up to the plate all in the name of BBQ science!     I'm pretty much got it perfected so when I get into beta testing you'll be on the list!
