Question re freezing pork loin for Canadian bacon

They have pork loins on sale but I am going to be travelling a lot in the next couple of weeks and will not be around for the brining and I don't like to leave it unattended. Is it ok to freeze the loins, thaw them and then brine?

Absolutely! If you got the $$$ buy all you can, Freeze them and thaw as needed. There will be no noticeable quality difference...JJ

Disco has it so good?

All he has to do is leave them on his front porch!

Good luck and good smoking.

Well, most of the year. We do thaw for a couple of days in the summer.
