I am new to all of this. I'm sure I'm going to have alot of questions when I get my smoker next week. Can anyone recommend what easy to start out with to get acclimated to using a grill/smoker? Thanks!

Welcome to the group!!   I would start with Chicken.......always an easy smoke and cheap if there is a failure!
