I have dabbled in smoke cooking for a couple years on my Weber grill, with decent results. But thanks to a sale and coupon, I got myself an early birthday present and bought a small smoker, a Masterbuilt 2 door propane. Used it last weekend to do some ribs, and they were not too bad. I found this site and have been browsing the forums. Lots of good advice! Decided I better join to make the most of it.
I am looking forward to learning a lot more about this type of cooking, and I promise to share any pictures I can get of my work (I am an avid photographer too).
