Just some fast and juicy BB ribs. Topped any ribs done to date hands down.
1:15 Prep, I scored the membrane because it let's the rub in and contributes to some very moist ribs. Olive oil, spicy apple rub.
Lit 1/2 chimney of lump
1:25 ribs went on the cooker.
1:45 mopped on some homemade cider based bbq glaze.
2:55 ribs are done. The came out beautiful, no black or heavy bark...very flavorful levels of goodness!
