Hi, just signed up to this forum, site looks great :)....I`m from Ontario, Canada looking to buy my first smoker, right now I am looking at the Char-Griller 580-sq in Pellet Grill, but still doing my research on the different smokers, I know I want a full electric smoker, I am leaning towards the grill style it seams that is more versatile,

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Hi David, thank you for welcoming me, yes this site seams to have everything you can think of, right now I am doing a lot of reading amazing how many smokers are out there lol....
