It's been a long time since I posted a cook , and although it is not fancy , it's what we could do. Bills and such ( Son /Hosp.) have got us on the lean side , but things are looking better

and after a rough cutting ,

Salted ,Peppered and Buttered . . .

packaged tightly in heavy foil ,

the Meat is Kielbasa and Beef Sausage ,

Looks delicious! Haven't done potatoes in foil like that for a while and I am not sure why because they always turn out awesome. How long and hot hot did you grill them?

Looks awesome Stan, real tasty from here..... We love tinfoil dinners of all varieties ! YUM !

Everytime the boys went to the sandbar running trotlines all night for catfish that was our usual meal. You could tell by the sausage brought who's Dad still have deer in the freezer. It's no small thing, cut whatever we all brought up, roll it up and build the fire on top. Course the sausage was on sticks later.

Thanks my friend, I had not thought of that for years!

It looks great.

Thanks guys.  I had them on the upper rack on a medium flame and left for and hour. The Sausage was done in 20min. on low grill .

Hoping for some Wings or a Butt next , my allowance has been discontinued.

Hello my friend.  Sorry I'm late to the party.  Hope you and Miss Trish are well.  That looks great to me.  I don't post a lot of my cooks because I do many meals that way.  Threw some unsmoked thick cut bacon on the grill for "brunch" yesterday.  Nothing fancy but sure ate well.  The quick and easy are sometimes the best.  Keep Smokin!

WOW. How did I miss this.

Looks like a great supper to me.
