BLT FYI

just smoked some sliced bacon for fresh BLT. Gave it a coat of rib rub on 1 side then layed in on a broiler pan. Smoked at 225 for 90min. wish I was more techno savy to post picture. This makes a great sandwich awesome. what I would give to get a fresh garden tomatoe in winter

Great idea!! Try a mini bacon weave if you really wanna have fun with it.
