Thank you! First try and they turned out great. About 55 min indirect on the kettle. The teriyaki glaze sounds awesome!! Next time

These legs look great.  Are they the actual leg or the smaller leg from the wing?

I've never seen that done.  So you basically scrape down the sides of the leg to get the lollipop look?

 

Terriaki mixed with Pineapple juice!  That's definitely the way to go!

They are legs. More meat! Fun and easy. I used a little rib rub. I am going to do Teriyaki next for sure!
