Hello all you smokers. I'm from a small town just outside of Calgary, Alberta and have been smoking whatever I can get my hands on for about the last 3 years. I built myself a smoker out of an old fridge but didn't really enjoy using it until I was introduced to PID contollers on this site a couple of years ago. Now I love to smoke! Mostly I make jerky and pepperoni sticks out of the deer that I hunt but I've been doing more and more pork and other stuff cuz my friends and family won't stop asking for it. I look forward to learning more from you guys here.
