Hi all. I'm Chris from Kansas City. I am about to start building a new smoker and a friend turned me on this forum and it looks great. I have been reading through posts all afternoon and it looks like you all are very helpful. The smoker I'm getting ready to start is being built out of the left over piece of propane tank that a friend built a smoker out of last year. See pic. I helped him with it a little and am looking forward to building my own. I picked up a small trailer this week to mount it on. The smoker is going to be 36x23.
