Burned my 1st load of stubbs last night upon recommendations from here. Wow , great stuff. alot less ash and nice burn time. Kbb is history for me as far as smoking goes. I'll be using up the rest of my kbb for small grilling and charring wood. Not that acrid start up in chimney and is alot more receptive to air changes. Thanks guys! Prepping for some sausage and peppers today from a receipe i saw here. Smoke on.
