I've been smoking for a couple years now. I bought a chargriller with side box first then a master built electric smoker. the chargriller lost so much heat and was very fuel inefficient. So I just used the electric smoker. Now I have this kamado and I'm just curious on what people think the difference in the taste of the food will be going from electric to lump charcoal ?
