Newby - Ribs with the AMNPS

Tonight I'm giving the AMNPS a trial run (no meat). I used the blowtorch and heat-gun method to get it going and into the MES-30 to see how long a row will smoke on its own. I put it directly on the rack above the chip loader (Gen1) and took out the water pan. So far so good.

Meanwhile in the kitchen I dry-rubbed with Sweet Rub O'Mine and they are ready for their overnight rest wrapped in foil. On the smoker in the morning. Going to go 3 hours smoke, wrap for 2 in butcher paper then play by temp until they are ready.

3-2-1 method seemed to work great with butcher paper. Going in the cooler now wrapped in foil.

The AMNPS was awesome - I loaded a row and ha half it it burned TBS for a good 5 hours.
