Tonight I'm giving the AMNPS a trial run (no meat). I used the blowtorch and heat-gun method to get it going and into the MES-30 to see how long a row will smoke on its own. I put it directly on the rack above the chip loader (Gen1) and took out the water pan. So far so good.
