Well definitely had some hurdles. Ashed out of charcoal at one point and the temp bottomed out quick. Ended up taking much longer than expected and I had to cut it a little short. Was somewhere between 195-200. It was absolutely delicious but could've used a little more time tenderizing. Definitely counting it as a victory.

Looks great none the less sir! Glad you were able to get it started earlier than previously planned. Would have really been an issue. I've found every smoke is a learning experience so take it for what it is. A delicious meal bound to be better.
