 Hi all, I'm Vaughn from Vidalia, Georgia. Although we have been grilling all our lives this Masterbuilt 30 is the first real smoker. We seasoned the smoker and today we are smoking for the first time a rack of ribs that were rubbed and put in the refrigerator last night. Giving a lot of thought to adding some chickens as not to waste the smoke. Looking at a 2-1-1 method as these spare ribs aren't real thick.

  Seems to be a lot of information to catch up on so I really appreciate this site, all the information and the great job the admins do around here.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

Hello and welcome to the forum, from a sunny and hot East Texas. You will find lots of great information and good people here. Chicken goes good with ribs.
