Hi all, from a Colorado smoking newbie (meat that is lol)

Hello all,
I'm Daniel, I am a native to Colorado, I recently purchased a Bradley 4-rack digital Smoker for Father's Day, so far I'm very happy with it. I have done jerky once, two roasts one pikes peak, and the other a chuck, I have smoked 3 racks of bbr twice, A load of rainbow trout 10 to be exact, and 4 goose tiddies, all with great success, IMO and others. Once I get familiar with this website I will post pictures and what not.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
