 fulltime BBQ catering since 2011 many years of experience BUT i'm still learning!!! You can never stop seeking the knowledge of others, I've run into some great tips forums like this. Based out of Hudson, NH. and I am willing to share what little I know.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
