Well I was tasked with making Pulled Pork for a baby shower my wife is hosting at our house (I am gonna be SCARCE) so I went out and picked up 16 lbs. (2- 8 lb. Bone-in) and got them both rubbed up and into the fridge.
$2.49/lb. man have prices jumped.

Wrapped up and into the fridge till tomorrow morning.
Planning on about a 12-14 hour smoke so they will go in about 6AM if I can drag my happy a$$ outta bed. Gonna run the smoker at 240F with a mix of Pecan and Cherry. Will re-rub in the morning and place into the Smokin-It #2 and Fuggetaboutit till IT is around 203F. No Foil......no injection......no spritzing. Will give me time to clean the pool tomorrow and of course do some swimming and visiting a few beers.
