Your marinade is interesting , I have been looing for Agave and no luck here in Toledo. Curious about it and how it is in a recipe.

Have fun and . . .

I will let you know how it all turned out.  As for Agave......do you have BevMo in Toledo? If so they have it.  Also Trader Joes.

I would imagine it will have similar properties to honey. A sweet flavor profile but just a bit different.

Looking good! Can't wait to see final results! Sides?

My local grocery store has agave but it's not where I'd guess it was. Was by the molasses in the organic area.

***NOTE TO SELF***    Make sure you place the drip pan into to area provided by the fine people who designed your smoker.  Otherwise GREASE will drip out and flow into beautiful but so needed patterns on the patio.

All cleaned up. Thank goodness Mrs. PadronMan was sleeping
