My first smoke (Baby Back Ribs)

I bought my first smoker last week in hopes of making some delicious food while we camp. I got a lot of helpful tips and guidance when I asked questions, so thanks everyone for that.

I ended up buying two racks of baby back ribs, and smoked them using a modified 3-2-1 method.  I used a rub my wife sells through Tastefully Simple, and it was great! I smoked the meat with the rub applied for 2:10 minutes directly on the grates. I then removed the ribs and wrapped them in a foil boat. I applied about 1/2c of pure pressed apple juice/rub mixture to each foil boat. I wrapped it completely in foil and smoked for another two hours.. I then removed the ribs and applied (too much imo) Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, re-wrapped them and smoked them again for an hour.

I added more chips to the box for the last hour of smoking to reintroduce more smoky flavor. They turned out fantastic. There wasn't a speck of meat left on the plate after everyone was done eating.
