Easy just run the probes down the Vent hole and clip the Barbecue Probe to grate you plan to place the meat on and the Meat probe gets stuck in the meat after an hour of smoking...JJ
BTW...The Pellet Smoke Generator is an AMNPS from http://www.amazenproducts.com/Default.asp If you have a Gen 1 smoker like in the picture, it is a must have. If you bought a Gen 2, Vent on the Left side, an AMNTS, Tube Pellet Smoke Generator is the Bomb!...
