Enjoying a day off work nice weather so I figured why not fill the WSM full of ribs in an hour and a half in. Made a dry rub first. Using the Texas crutch method so after 3 hours they are going in foil with some chile sauce and butter and apple juice. Back on for 2 hours then back on for the last hour out of the foil. Pictures to come. Made a homemade bbq sauce too as I have friends coming over. Little do they know it has quite the kick hahaha. Happy summer!!!

Mmm ribs and beer. I'm pretty sure that right there is one of the best meals. I'm drooling as I type this.
