Imusa pot? Did you mod the the lip? I still haven't done this step.

Great looking PP!

Thanks!

The pot that I did the pork butt in is a Hoffritz brand 32 qt. tamale pot. No mod needed lid fits perfectly. The black handled pot that I did the ribeye in is the 32qt Vasconia tamale pot. Also no mods needed lid fits perfectly.

Thanks! Sure did! Still haven't pulled the pork yet!!! Wife came home early!!!!

Yep all the wife's fault! I didn't even get to do my smoked fish I was going to do!!!

Got we pulled. Ate a good sized dinner portion while pulling. Decided might as well have seconds! Made a sandwee! Keeping the cats a way theme I went meat and bun and sauce, which contains veggies. Thai chiles, garlic, peppercorns, mustard seeds, ketchup, that's enough veggies right????

Looks great Case.... I'd take a PP sammie any day !

Thank you Justin! It was tasty! I didn't do much tontine pork so I had to sauce the sandwee up a bit. Wanted the pork to be pork as I have several dishes I want to use it for when the weather cools down.
