Grilled Rib Eye Steak with Corn Salad and Potatoes

I did a grilled rib eye steak to a medium rare on the grill with charcoal, a roasted cold corn salad, which has deseeded cucumber, red onion and sliced cherry tomatoes, added a little bit of olive oil and red wine vinegar to it mix and salt and pepper to taste, the potatoes consist of red potatoes diced, orange and yellow bell peppers diced, red onion diced and two jalapeno diced as well, mix in some olive oil and a little bit of red wine vinegar as well, and cook over medium heat.

 

I did use the corn salad on another plate on Saturday this is what I had left over on Sunday so I put on this dish as well.

Ribeyes are always good, I like the plating as well.
