We'll take a 8.5 Boston Butt, one Red Solo Cup of apple juice and a Tbs of JR
Heat the apple juice and rub until it dissolves
Let it cool and inject it at 1 inch intervals

Then get up at 4am and light up the pit
250 is a good place

Pit is stable thanks to my IQ i have the meat
(Probes attached ) on a Bradley Rack on top
Of a pan with 1 qt apple juice.
No clean up for me!!

5 1/2 hours in meat is at 143 and pit sitting pretty at 246

9 hrs in hit the stall at 165 time to wrap

Looks good so far, I wish we had the rain here a lot of wild fires going on
