I put 3 racks of Baby backs into my MES 30" analog an hour ago. I got them rubbed with Jeff's rub with a mustard glue. I have the AMNPTS filled with hickory and put a few hickory chunks at the bottom under the element. I made the little Hawaiian pulled pork fatties last night and put some cheese in there too. Going to smoke some mac & cheese also

Awesome, love me some BB's.... Post some pics when ya can or we'll have to send this guy after ya ! :police2: Haha !

The ribs got covered at 1:00pm, they went on the rack at 10:30am. Mac & Cheese is getting only an hour in the smoke so I will try the no cheese and bacon on the top and stir it while in the smoke. Then I'll top with cheese and bacon and put in the oven. That is so I can get the fatties going. I am trying to have this all ready to take to a friends house at ~4:30ish. Pictures will not be posted until tomorrow.
