Grill veggies, zuchinni, mushrooms, Stuff some squash or onions or cabbages, do some fruits like caramelized pineapple, apple, poached pears, Caramelized peaches,...... you know what ever is fresh and looks good. And make plenty so it doesn't look like you are just catering to her. Make something you'd want to eat also. She'll appreciate it and you.
