My name is Rob, I live in Goodyear, Arizona and I love to grill and smoke. I started to smoke about 2 years ago mostly Brisket and Pork Butts. Since learning a great deal over the past year I upgraded to a bigger brinkman smoker I purchased from a lady that was moving. So far I have done ribs and brisket and they have come out really good-this weekend I am doing a 7lb chuck roast. Look forward to reading and learning from everyone's posts--happy smoking!!!!
