So I have been thing about up-sizing the slicer and have been looking for a larger one that will not break me......I asked around to a few buddies, a couple of them said that they knew someone that may have one for sale, but wanted an outrageous price for it....Monday when I picked my son up from school he said that he needed me to make a stop on the way home….. Here is what he was picking up for me….

He worked out a trade with the owner to work on their AC as a trade….Well I was flabbergasted!!! I can’t wait to try this baby out!!!! Needs a little cleaning, but all in all I don’t think I could be happier right now!!!!! ShoneyBoy

So are you saying he's a keeper after all? No more trawling him behind the mudboat? LOL

Thats too cool. So with the smokers when ya going into business in Denham? They could use a good BBQ joint, homemade smoked sausage, ribs, birds, brisket.... some turkeys and hams around the holidays? Maybe some speciality bacon now?

Grats!

Foamheart, over the last 3 months I have been working on an addition to the house, I sold it to the wife as a multipurpose space….. But it's mainly for me to have a larger place to process…..
