Hey MODS we need a forum for cocktails, drinking, etc :beercheer:


I have recently begun aging my own cocktails in charred aging barrels.  I am using a 2L and a 5L at current time.  Right now I am 3 weeks into my 5L of Manhattans. This is my second batch of these and let me tell you I won't go back to the non aged ones :drool


I also just de-barreled 5L of Negroni's (look it's a hell of a GREAT cocktail) and those I must say are phenominal as well! 


Does anyone else age any cocktails in a barrel?
