It is time to graduate to the "next level" smoker.  I have had a vertical propane smoker and now have a ME S40.  I use them for smoking quite large amounts of homemade sausage I make a couple times a year and weekend goodies.  I also do some competitions in my area.  I am looking at a vertical insulated box style smoker.  I am interested in the 3 I have linked below.


I would appreciate any advice or experience anyone has with these cookers.  I would also be interested in any other candidates you may have.
