Yotzee - It's funny you say that your boss knows you have the smoking monkey on your back, I must work for the same boss.  He also asks me every Monday "what did you cook this weekend?!?!".  I brought him some of Jeff's Pigs on the Beach I made this past weekend and he couldn't stop talking about it the rest of the day.  They were delicious and kudos to Jeff for the idea.

Wow those do look good. Can't wait till the weekend to try some. I have a couple racks of St. Louis cut that we picked up at the el cheapo market last Sat. I'll be checking back on this thread. Thanks.

Thanks Stan, unfortunately with 5 teenage boys in the house they were gone real fast :( But anytime you feel like driving a little over 600 miles to Montreal, be happy to smoke some up again! Cheers.
