Just found this Forum. I have been a very avid cooker for the past (longer than I like to admit). Living in South Texas we try to cook mostly during the winter months when the weather is more or less favorable, unless there is some Makers or Garrison Brothers involved..
I really look forward to getting into some of the items I am not familiar with cooking, and am always open to new ideas and techniques. I also look forward to sharing some of our old favorites from the B/3 Ranch.
