hey all, Originally from NJ but have been in Charleston, SC for 11 years.....Have an Oklahoma Joe offset smoker....Have been smoking for a while and have been pretty avid with it for the past few months and since I have some time on my hands after finishing my masters degree......Hope to pick up some tips and new recipes from the Vets on the Site..Thanks for the Add....
