I usually don't glaze, but I decided to take these Scarbelly wings to a new level.

Per the norm, I injected with the Scarbelly concoction. Marinated for 4+ hours. Dusted with Chipotle, Garlic, and CBP.

Left four Wangs naked for the boys. No
Injection, dusted with salt and garlic.

Mini-WSM. Kingsford Blue, Cherry Chunks. High temp.

Flipped once. Glazed done.
