Hello everyone,
I'm from Long Island, NY and new to the forums and to smoking. I just purchased a Smoke Hollow smoker and have run two non meat smokes to cure it and get it ready to go.
I fell in love with spicy BBQ when I first tried Robert Pearson's Stick to your Ribs Texas BBQ here in New York and have been searching for that amazing taste since they have closed down years ago. I've never been a fan of the sweet BBQ and have always preferred spicy since. They had an amazing chopped pork sandwich that I miss so much.
I'm going to start with some ribs next weekend for my first smoke, so I'm off to the ribs section to start asking annoying questions. :)
