Hello! I am a 55year old woman from Mississippi, a southern girl, I love to cook and I also Love to be outdoors, I just recently purchased a electric smoker Bass pro shops. I found your website and have really enjoyed some of the recipes. I work full time and I like to cook on weekends so that I have left overs for my husband and I during the week. I have always loved to cook on the grill and now I am experiencing smoking.                            erins53
