Could not wait to use my new toy.  Brined a couple of chickens and smoked them with some Cherry Wood.   Pretty tasty and very easy, but now its on to much harder stuff "Brisket". 

 

 

 

I like this picture because you can see the rest of my smoking tools the  Weber (L)  and the ECB (R).
