I recently purchased a Weber 18.5" WSM and am I hooked! I have loved BBQ ever since a trip to North Carolina almost 30 years ago and living in NJ, you have to look far and wide for decent BBQ.
I already own a Weber Genesis which I love, I took the plunge. I've already smoked a turkey breast and some St. Louis style ribs which were awesome. This weekend a pork loin is on the list.
I look forward to sharing experiences, making some new friends, and gaining knowledge about smoking meats.
