Hi Everyone -
It's me Josie aka SmokinVegasBaby. Today was one of those days when I needed some "food for my spirit" so I sat down and re-read all of your heart-felt messages. Your messages really lifted my spirit AND my soul. These last six months have not been easy - some days are more difficult than others. All thanks to GOD, my family and my awesome friends I am getting thru it all.
I am happy to report my cooking (and smoking) passion have returned. As a matter of fact I will be firing up my smoker this weekend - if the weather permits and I will be sure to post my Q-views. Hope you all are having a great summer. We are in the monsoon season here in Vegas so we get these dang annoying showers almost every afternoon. I am having a hard time picking a day that will work for smoking. I hate getting shut down by the rain.
I will be checking in more often and looking forward to chatting with all of you soon. PM me anytime - love hearing from my SMF friends.

yes there was a bun underneath all that green leaf lettuce lol. My Jerry used to say, "babe why don't you put a burger on your lettuce!"
