Greetings all! My name is Tom. My moniker stems from our Alabama tailgate operation known as Big Tom's Tailgate. Website innovate between smoking for several teasers at home with a Kamado Joe (mainly butts and ribs), I'm having a news tailgate trailer built with an integrated pellet smoker. So im looking for great tips, shared experiences, and lesions learned.
