Hey all, as stated above.... Kind of a last minute thing everyone was craving ribs..... So, here we go ! Lettin the smoker come up to temp & the wife rubbed down the BB's with peanut oil then some SPOG, just keepin it simple today ! Thanks for lookin !

Nothing wrong with the KISS rule sometimes....besides, it's a kickback Sunday. You doin those in the Daniel Boone? Recently picked up a CG pellet pusher and have yet to do ribs in it....loking forward to the money shots.....Willie

Thanks Chef Willie, very true on the kickback Sunday.... Been a while since I've had one of these ! Yeah, fired up the DB for these... It's kinda become my go to smoker ! I appreciate ya dropping a line.... What have ya done so far in your CG ?

Oh crikey...now I gotta think.....LOL. Let's see.....chicken of course, a chunk of clod heart to see how it handled a couple of hours smoke, some store bought Brats and that's about it. Only had it a couple weeks and I can't smoke everything or there will be a revolt. Thinking of a whole bird next or a small butt....just the 2 of us here so won't do anything really large. Weekend work gets in the way as well.....but, looking forward to getting more use out of it and am really enjoying what I have done on it. More 'pit' like to me as opposed to the Smokin It closed up, no peeking, SS box......Willie
