Oh crikey...now I gotta think.....LOL. Let's see.....chicken of course, a chunk of clod heart to see how it handled a couple of hours smoke, some store bought Brats and that's about it. Only had it a couple weeks and I can't smoke everything or there will be a revolt. Thinking of a whole bird next or a small butt....just the 2 of us here so won't do anything really large. Weekend work gets in the way as well.....but, looking forward to getting more use out of it and am really enjoying what I have done on it. More 'pit' like to me as opposed to the Smokin It closed up, no peeking, SS box......Willie
